Our Story

Kalma Villas was founded to answer a question many Filipino-American families ask later in life: Where do we belong when retirement comes?

Built on a master-planned property in Silang, Cavite — a cool, elevated location an hour south of Manila — Kalma Villas combines independent villa living with progressive on-site care. Residents move in while fully independent and age in place without ever changing units, surrounded by Filipino food, language, and community.
